Job Description

A visionary, Experienced, Best-in-class pastry chef who has both the technical experience as well as the leadership acumen to develop a pastry team that can execute consistently at the highest quality in a replicable way that positions the company for growth into multiple units.

Directly supervises the Pastry Sous Chef. Indirectly supervises all Pastry kitchen/Pastry shop employees.

High volume, high reward position.
Qualifications

5+ years leadership experience as Pastry Chef in high-end kitchens or the equivalent. The ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management.
