Sales Manager- Digital – NYC
Élever Professional is seeking top-flight Digital Sales Manager candidates for our client company in New York City. Since 1970, our client has published a monthly news and wealth management magazine reaching nearly 4 million readers and have developed very strong broadcast and interactive channels. Our client now seeks a proven sales manager to develop, grow and manage digital strategy and revenue for their website as well as for mobile, iPad and other ancillary digital products.
-Establish sales strategies, conceive and develop sales opportunities, and act as the lead national salesperson for online and integrated opportunities; including internet, mobile and iPad
-Develop innovative ideas to package and sell the brand
-Work cross functionally with sales, interactive and marketing departments to secure inventory, develop and execute multi-platform client opportunities, and strategically price packages to ensure successful implementation
-Stay at the cutting edge of the online advertising space, including new ad units, technologies and competitive developments
-Provide regular and timely feedback, forecasts, reports, competitive information and field intelligence
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
A dynamic, accomplished sales professional – a deal maker – with exceptional presentation skills and a strong command of verbal & written communication. Must have a proven track record of success in online advertising sales. You will be an integral part of a growing online presence and a key contributor to the overall success of our client’s online presence.
-Five years of sales and sales development experience, with at least three years of online sales experience multimedia & integrated sales experience preferred
-Solid management and team-building skills, as well as the ability to set strategic direction
-Ability to work collaboratively across business units
-Demonstrated ability to work in a rapidly growing company;
-Ability to develop and present unique and valuable sales and marketing platforms to advertisers
Strong relationships with digital agencies and clients nationally
