Vice President | Sr. Recruiter
A native of Seattle, Jeremy Spring joined Élever Professional in 2010 after developing the sales and marketing program for Hawkes Winery, an Alexander Valley Cabernet producer he quickly led to cult status. In 2005, Jeremy co-founded Duende Winery, which garnered great attention in the San Francisco and Los Angeles food and wine scenes.
Though his career began during the dotcom boom in Seattle, Jeremy took an otherwise unconventional route into the business world. He graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in English Literature and later studied fiction in the MFA program at Southwest Texas State University. Jeremy reads short stories, drinks beer, grows vegetables and watches University of Washington Football. He currently lives in Los, Angeles, CA with his wife, Xan, and their Dachshund, pit bull and 5 chickens.
Tyson J. Spring
VP | Business Development & Recruiting
Tyson was a co-founder of Élever Professional in 2010. Today he heads Élever’s business development and strategy. In launching Élever Professional, Tyson drew upon his experience managing a Southern California executive search team for the staffing behemoth Manpower to architect a search process that combined the grit of yesterday’s cold-calling headhunter with today’s ultra-agile, data intensive, and tech savvy recruitment professional. The result is Élever’s dynamic executive search and recruitment group.
Tyson’s personal passions include youth baseball and dog rescue programs, specifically, the big, slobbery, squared headed Boxer breed. In his free time you’ll find Tyson at the ballpark in his home town of Austin, Tx., or volunteering with Austin Boxer Rescue.
